I Am Choosing To Remember—No. 2

In the moments I tend to forget who I am, whose I am, and all that I am capable of, I remind myself—

  • I am capable of controlling, redirecting, and repurposing my inner-critic. The greatest extent of love lives within me. God tells me that I am already loved & more than enough. I can trust His word.

  • Peace begins, where control ends—this is called acceptance.

  • There is so much beauty in releasing your grip from things that no longer serve you. You lose nothing by choosing the best for yourself. In choosing yourself, celebrate your bravery.

  • The love I deserve will create gardens within me.

  • Learn to appreciate all that tough moments come to teach you. We often try our best to conceal it. Truth is, even if you cannot comprehend it's timing, it is gifting you a blessing.

  • My presence is pressure and I am a force to be reckoned with.

  • I am learning that not everyone I am ready to love, will be ready to receive the magnitude of love I encompass. And that is ok. I will keep filling my cup.

  • Be genuine—thoroughly. Not just when you think it matters. It always matters.

  • I am thankful that I have the choice to interpret life beautifully. In all that it presents, may I choose to see the beauty of God and reclaim my joy.

  • Healing & progress are not linear. Nonetheless, all the steps you are making are meaningful. The seeds count. Count them all joy.

  • I don't need permission to choose better, want better, and to evolve for the better. I simply can.

Lean in…closer & keep these near.

this is for you. this is for me. this is for us.
