Every Beautiful Thing—No. 1
Joy.
Joy has become a posture for me. A posture of assurance. Joy is this sweet confidence that reminds us that God is in complete control of our lives. Confidence that everything is (and has been) working out for our good. It is a choice. A choice that allows us to reflect, pause, and take in the moment—let it soak.
Joy gives me the space to celebrate and become aware of the beauty of who God is. His faithfulness. It is a reminder of all that there is to be thankful for.

Laughing uncontrollably with my good girlfriends about the silliest of memories—losing track of time.
Hugs and kisses from my brother best-friends—Toot and Booty. My world.
The voice memo I received from my best about how ‘fye’ my apple playlist was and telling me about how I needed to become a DJ (Made me blush lol). But, I know if you’re reading this, you want the vibes. I ain’t gon’ eem hold you. Here it is. listening as I write this…cause fye.
The worship and fellowship from church this morning. whew.
Babies, babies, babies—and all their tiny hand waves, gummy smiles, and hugs from today. It really be the little things (and the little people).
Experiencing, with my granny, her first bite of smoked salmon/lox toast—hilarious, cause, “she can eat this. yes. now this I can do. this good right hea’ now. mmm-mm!” LOVED IT.
Simply hearing my Momma’s voice. My reason.
My dad sending me 90 million Instagram reels and posts that he knows will make me laugh. AND DID. A love language.
Scrolling through the Cracker Barrel, order online, list with my papa. Pointing out all the sides that pair well with one another lol. Again, it really be the little things.
